12. The Vancouver years

For most of the time in Vancouver, I maintained a living through a self-owned/operated gallery and picture-framing shop, ArtVest Graphics, located at 57 Lonsdale Avenue, North Vancouver.

During this period, most of the work involved mixed media/collage where I experimented with various materials and photocopied images. I also did a number of drawings using pencil crayons where I started exploring “the swoosh” style which, later, became almost a trademark of my work.

One of these drawings still exist, But currently don’t have a photograph to post here.

Also, as I recall, there was several other collage pieces done, but they have long since disappeared.
